The term, “Business Program(s)” refers to affiliate programs offered by a Vendor. And the term “Customer(s)” refers to the potential end consumer, the audience that Affiliates and Vendors hope to reach with their products and services. By applying to any Hawaii Affiliates program you are confirming that you have read this agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Affiliate Programs

Hawaii Affiliates offers many Business Programs for a variety of Vendors, each seeking it’s own unique conversion. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to research and understand the Vendors they choose to promote and the Business Program in which they choose to participate. Among Hawaii Affiliates’ Business Programs you may find both single commission structures, recurring commission structures, and other compensation structures as designated by the Business Programs. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to research and understand the commission structure of the Business Program in which they choose to participate.

For an Affiliate to earn a commission, the Customer must complete the specific requirements of the Business Program’s conversion and, if applicable, remit full payment for that conversion. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured link(s) assigned to the Affiliate, or when a Customer completes a purchase using the unique coupon code(s) assigned to the Affiliate. Properly coded link(s) and use of coupon code(s) are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

If the Affiliate is on a one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for each new purchase.

If the Affiliate is on a recurring payment schedule, they will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as the customer remains a paying customer or as long as the payment schedule of the Business Program defines, whichever comes first.

An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of $25 USD. Payments can be requested every 7 days. Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the requested date. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal or Venmo.

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Usage and Obligations

Affiliates are permitted to use specific brand and marketing resources of the Business Program. These resources are made available in the Assests section of the Business Program for which the Affiliate is selling. Logos and other assets shall not be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Hawaii Affiliates or the Vendor for which the Affiliate is selling. And the Affiliate will never advertise the products of Hawaii Affiliates or it’s Business Programs directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Hawaii Affiliates or it’s Vendor’s Business Programs.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves or their relationship with, Hawaii Affiliates or it’s participating Vendors in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Hawaii Affiliates, participating Vendors, or their Business Programs.
